US at ICJ defends Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory | Israel War on Gaza
In its argument at the ICJ the US said that the UN’s highest court should not call on Israel to “immediately and unconditionally withdraw” from Palestinian territories. The US is arguing against the idea that the court should declare Israel’s occupation illegal.
