Former member of parliament from Dhaka-13 seat Md Sadek Khan has been arrested from Nakhalpara area of the capital.
He was arrested in a case filed with Mohammadpur Police Station, said DMP officials.
Details regarding the case is yet to be known.
He is the latest Awami League leader to be arrested in the aftermath of the ouster of former prime minister Sheikh Hasina.
