3 workers die after falling from building in Khulna

Three construction workers died after falling from an under-construction building in Boyra, Khulna.

The incident occurred this morning (10 September) when the workers were working on a tax office building across Boyra Women’s College in Khulna.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Khalishpur Police Station, Md Anwar Hossain, said, “We’ve heard that the workers were working on the tax building opposite Boyra Women’s College. Unfortunately, due to carelessness, they fell from the fifth floor, leading to their deaths.”

“The incident falls under the jurisdiction of Sonadanga Model Police Station. Their bodies are currently at Khulna Medical College Hospital,” he added. 

The deceased have been identified as Rabbi, Ashraful, and Mamun.
