27 firms downgraded to Z category for non-compliance of securities laws

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) downgraded 27 firms to the Z category for non-compliance with securities laws, in line with a directive from the regulators.

The DSE disclosed the news on its website today (25 September).

The 27 firms are – Pacific Denims, Fortune Shoe, Energypac, VFS Thread, Shepherd, SK Trims, Lub-rref, Libra Infusion, Western Marine, Phoenix Finance, Olympic Accessories, National Tubes, National Bank, Miracle Industries, GSP Finance, FAR Chemical, Central Pharma, Bd Thai Aluminium, Bay Leasing, Atlas Bangladesh, Anlima Yarn, Khulna Power, Beach Hatchery, Advent Pharma, Desh Garments, Ino-Bangla Pharma, and Associate Oxygen.
