Journalist Faruque Wasif made PIB director general

Journalists, writer and poet Faruque Wasif has been appointed as director general (DG) of the Press Institute Bangladesh (PIB) for two years.

The public administration issued a gazette notification in this regard today.

Journalist Faruk Wasif has been appointed to the post on the condition that he will have to leave working relations with other organisations, according to the official order.
